My experience with Catalina was monumental for me. I came to Catalina to better focus on myself and to find some sort of direction for my life. Catalina really helped me find out what it is I truly want to do in life. She helped me create SMART goals, which are goals that are reasonable, and achievable, to help me move towards the future I want for myself. She was very good about hearing every word I had to say and validating my feelings and pointing out which beliefs of mine were self-limiting and potentially holding me back. She’s helped me be able to express myself confidently and to embrace the power within, to let my light shine bright. The coaching sessions were extremely reasonable and she was really good about working around my schedule and is very understanding and uplifting. Catalina is truly a treasure and I hope that she can further help people in the ways that she’s helped me and more. I’m really looking forward to continuing our sessions and possibly going through an ancestral healing ceremony with her when the time’s right. Anyone would be lucky to be able to experience what Catalina could do for them.
